Will there be a Rekha/Ash clash?

Will there be a clash of the courtesans this November? Thats a question looming large in the industry circles as both Rekha and Aishwarya Rai would be seen enacting the roles of a courtesans in their forthcoming films. Agreed that Ash would be seen in Umrao Jaan on November 3rd but Rekha coming on the big screen too? Now how does that happen?
