Sharing feed will boost private broadcasters’ profit: Govt to SC

MSOs peg along in seeding STBs as CAS roll outs

Multi-system operators (MSOs) seem to be pegging along in the seeding of set-top boxes (STBs) in Zone One areas of Kolkata. Manthan Broadband, one of the major MSOs, already claims to have “seeded” 8,000 STBs in the first seven days of the CAS rollout.
